Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days through USPS.
All orders now ship FOR FREE with USPS Ground Advantage! Upgrade to USPS Priority for $7. You will be notified when your order has shipped, and tracking information will be provided.
International shipping is not available at this time.
returns
Jewelry must be unworn and in original condition to be eligible for return.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days after receiving your order.
To initiate a return, email stephaniequinleyjewelry@gmail.com. Make sure to include your order number, the item you’d like to return, and the reason for return. You will be given instructions on the return address. Please place your return in the mail within 10 days of its original receipt, using the original jewelry box. Securely package your return in a bubble mailer or a corrugated box to ensure safe travels.
Your account will be refunded after I have received and inspected your return.
You are responsible for return shipping fees.
